Teenz Alive SA was born because we were unhappy about the type of young people we seem to be breeding in Atlantis. The young people that join our organization, join because we’re mostly performance arts based. 

Our youth sing, rap, act and write their own poetry. If you’re not artistically inclined, you’re more than welcome to join our family too as we groom our young people to become stage managers, videographers, photographers, closing up curtains, prop handlers and learning on how to assist with sound for our showcases. We organize various workshops for our young people as we believe that you can always learn more about what you already know or learn something completely new. 

We also have an Each One Teach One session, where they bring their homework to the hall or they have study time for tests and or they assist each other with their school work. We also create various opportunities for them to visit other organizations outside of Atlantis in order for them to broaden their horizons.
