3 Simple Steps on How to Use the VBM Site
As A Customer

Access the Mall
Click on the Mall Entrance button. This will take you to the various businesses and shops available.

Find the Business of Your Choice
Browse for the business of your choice by either using the Business List search, or scroll down until you find what you’re looking for. Click on the Access Store button.

Browse Your Selection
Once you’ve identified the store of choice and have accessed it, you can browse around to your hearts content. If you find what you’re looking for, you can contact the store owner to engage with them, or click on the link to their external website where you can purchase the products and/or services directly.
As A Business Owner

Access the HOW TO section
This section will provide a detailed explanation of what is required to register and function as a business owner on the VBM site.

Complete the Registration form
Once on the How o section, click on the Application Form button and you will be directed to the application form. Complete the form as directed, and click on Submit when done. You will receive a message indicated that the message has been sent. Someone from the VBM will be in contact with you to finalise the details of your registration.

Successful Registration
When you have been successfully registered, you will be required to make the R100 payment and provide proof of this payment before you will be able to go ‘live’. Once ‘live’, shoppers will be able to engage with you directly. As mentioned, if you require a more complex website (e.g. e-commerce ready), don’t hesitate to contact the Digital Business Agency (DBA) for everything digital.
